Wallace Henley has worked for more than three decades
in the church, journalism, and government. Wallace's passion is helping develop visionary leaders for church, family, education,
governance, and business, working with his organization, Headwaters Leadership Institute. Wallace is a pastor under
Dr. Ed Young at Houston's 56,000-member Second Baptist Church. There Wallace serves as a theologian-in-residence, a teaching
pastor, and a member of the preaching team. Wallace is also an adjunct professor at Belhaven University, focusing on
worldview studies. Wallace is the author of more than 20 books, and served as an aide to the President of the United States,
